M. B. Investments, a J. P. Mascaro & Sons affiliate, will officially take over the holdings
of Marvin and Glenda Miller effective January 1, 2015. In an attempt to hit the ground
running, Mascaro has already worked at the Miller properties during the past 90 days.
Painting of buildings, sealing of roofs, paved new driveways and new iron gates and
brick fencing have all been newly installed. In addition new signage has been placed on
the buildings.
Most improvements have centered on the external aspects of the properties with the
exception of the main entrance to the Mathew Brooke Building where a complete
refurbishment has taken place.
The Miller buildings are all in excellent condition. Our efforts were to modernize the
appearance of the buildings to be more consistent with the revitalization program which
has begun in the Borough.
