Old Forge Borough, Lackawanna County — J. P. Mascaro & Sons has been selected to provide residential waste, recycling, and bulk collection services under a new five-year contract, with two additional one-year extension options.
The contract, valued at $5.5 million, started July 1, 2026, and includes once-weekly collection of waste, recyclables, and bulk items for all residents.
