J. P. Mascaro & Sons, a local waste and recycling company, has been awarded a new long-term service contract to serve Marion Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania. The contract is valued at $1.5 million. As part of the contract, Mascaro will provide weekly collections of trash and bulk items, with recycling collections every other week. This contract will start on April 1, 2024, and will be serviced out of Mascaro’s Berks County Division in Exeter Township.

Mascaro Company President, Pat Mascaro, noted, “With our company’s infrastructure of our Berks Hauling Division, our Pioneer Crossing Landfill, and TotalRecycle single stream processing facility, it is a natural for us to serve the residents of Marion Township, and we look forward to doing so.”

J. P. Mascaro & Sons is a local company, founded and headquartered in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, and is the largest privately-owned waste company in the Northeast.
